Josh brings his experience as a co-founder of a tech startup to help companies establish new lines of business and capabilities by conducting operational analysis, mapping value chains, defining critical success metrics, training, and empowering operational teams. Josh has helped clients conduct thorough competitive analysis and market sizing as well as business and partnership model generation. Recently, Josh led strategy and opportunity development within regulated and unregulated renewable energy resources and demand management.
