Ashley McCallister has been helping to launch programs and products for the past 15 years. She started her career working with cultural nonprofits and spent nearly ten years receiving an in-depth education on what it means to ‘wear many hats. Her desire to continue learning, coupled with a background in design and brand strategy, lead her to a role where she worked with a wide variety of early-stage tech start-ups ranging from a health tech company to a digital children’s book platform. During this time, she fell in love with the digital product space and has never looked back. At Method, Ashley works as a Senior Product Strategist, where she has gained experience working with large enterprise clients in the financial and energy sectors. She enjoys using design thinking principles to facilitate teams through problem spaces and towards specific solutions that create value for both the business and the customer. Her skills and interests include product discovery, product vision and strategy, user research, prototyping, user testing, and personalization.
