Method (formerly Skookum) conducted extensive research and journey mapping to inform design, then used iterative sprints to build a new website and test it with real users.

Users can easily make purchases with the new site, schedule appointments, and complete other high-priority tasks. Our design team partnered with ATD to support them during development and launch.
