Erin’s background is in journalism, graphic design, and service design. At Method, her work spans user research, customer experience strategy, and product design. As a core delivery team member of GlobalLogic Japan, she helped define the GLJ Advisory Playbook and piloted the advisory model in Japan with HGLS. 

Erin brings a breadth of experience in industries ranging from transportation and finance to gaming, retail, and childcare. She believes creativity is the foundation of innovation, and much of her work helps facilitate organizations and teams to harness their creativity for business success.

Erin has worked remotely for the last 2 years, spending time in a variety of locations including Colorado, Florida, New York, and Japan. She currently lives in Maine with her fiancé, Peter. Outside of work you can find her running, reading, or hiking through the beautiful Maine wilderness.
