As Managing Director, New York, Reema leads the Method North America business. She fosters long-term client relationships while championing an environment of trust, respect, and collaboration across teams.
She's a passionate advocate of "the customer," partnering with clients to embrace and evangelize customer-centric digital ecosystems through powerful connections between research, data, design, and technology.
Over the course of her career, she has helped clients including Google, Deloitte, Motorola, American Eagle Outfitters, and Calvin Klein to develop cross-platform experiences, drive e-commerce growth, and re-invnent their digital strategies and communications. Most recently, she led a four-year global digital transformation of McDonald’s.
Reema believes in the magic of storytelling. She loves teaching this timeless art to cross-disciplinary groups at Method, helping people find their voice and build the confidence to express it, and applying this knowledge to client teams.
A mother of two creative and curious boys, Reema is frequently on exploratory missions at science fairs and hunting down the spiciest Szechuan food in New York.
