Jon Karlin

Executive Director, Operations

As Executive Director, Operations, Jon is responsible for Ops, Finance, and partnering with key clients to ensure their strategic vision is successfully delivered. He guides design-led engineering programs, in partnership with GlobalLogic, to support great teams in delivering pragmatic solutions. Jon is a firm believer that strategic design methods are a fundamental part of any effective business transformation. He brings to his engagements a passion and in-depth understanding of business, technology, process, and design.

Jon has spent the last 15+ years managing and leading multidisciplinary teams in the planning and execution of digital products across industries. Prior to joining Method, he led cross-functional delivery teams at Tribal DDB with a focus on integrated production and improving operational processes. Before that, he provided strategic planning and management of large-scale digital technology engagements at AKQA. He has partnered with clients including Diageo, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods, McDonald's, Motorola, OppenheimerFunds, and Pfizer.

Jon has an MBA in Information Systems from Baruch College and a BA from the University of Michigan. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his sons, and has a passion for glassblowing.
