Helen is an Executive Creative Director who's been defining digital products and services since 1995. With her extensive background in interaction design and user experience, she brings a human-centered design approach to the strategy and development of innovative product and service experiences.
Helen has worked across many different sectors with companies including Philips, Nokia, Samsung, P&G, Net-a-Porter Group, McDonald's, Art Basel, Barclaycard, Boots, and BT. She has a proven track record of design and development, team management, and research in both academia and industry.
Prior to Method, she led design teams at Fjord, Fitch, and Leo Burnett. She helped define customer experiences for large scale systems with Boots and Art Basel, has taught design at BA and MA level for UCL and Ravenbourne, and managed design research programs for IoT and fair trade tracking.
Helen is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Council of the Internet of Things. She holds a BA in Graphic Information Design from The University of Westminster and an MA in Computer Related Design from the Royal College of Art.
