As Managing Director of Method’s San Francisco studio, Alicia is passionate about driving brand relationships through great product and service experiences. She works closely with creative teams to ensure productive client relationships, and plays an active role in Business Development, Recruiting, Career Development, and management of the office overall.
Before rejoining Method in her current role, Alicia was Director of Business Development at frog design, working across industries and project types for companies such as PwC, JPMorgan Chase, Google, Sony, Cummins, Polk Audio, Sephora, and Westfield. In this role, she provided ongoing strategic guidance to the crafting of project approaches, and has been actively involved in studio efforts to create sustainable relationships and ensure best-of-breed delivery to frog’s international client base.
Prior to joining frog, Alicia held a variety of roles at Method, including project management, business development, resourcing, and marketing. Her clients included Nordstrom, Sony Electronics, DivX, Plantronics, Time Warner Cable, Google, and the San Francisco International Film Festival. Before this, Alicia was Marketing Manager at Chronicle Books, a highly respected publisher of illustrated books. She managed the marketing of 200+ books and products per year, specializing in fiction, teen literature, gift products, and licensed titles. Her responsibilities ranged from ad buys to design and production of all associated promotional materials. Alicia also oversaw Chronicle’s first foray into direct retail sales, Chronicle Books’ flagship store at the Sony Metreon. She was responsible for recruitment, training, and supervision of retail team.
Alicia is originally from Napa, studied pop culture at UC Berkeley, and now lives in West Marin.
